GENERAL
1. I want to ask a question about the materials I see in the EPK. How do I do this?

The owner of the materials in the EPK has provided contact information for questions such as yours. You can find this information in the MAIN MENU under CONTACT .

2. What can I do with the downloaded materials?

Media made available for download through the EPK may be used in any way that does not defame the project or product it is meant to promote.

3. I would like to have this product for my company. How do I do this?

Please email the Metapa, Inc. Marketing and Sales staff who will be happy to assist you. The name of this product is the Electronic Press Kit, or the EPK.

4. What if I forget my login/password?

If you forget your login or password, you need to contact this EPK's account manager. You can find the appropriate contact information in CONTACT , located in the main menu.

5. What if I want to change my login/password?

You can not change your login/password.

6. I need additional Tech Support beyond what is offered in "HELP."
