1a. Downloading a single item if there are multiple items present on the page.

The Download Window will now pop up. Select the format (s) of the media you want, the media quality (if applicable,) and then click the "download" button in this window.

1b. Downloading a single item if there is only one item available on the page.

There is a large arrow-shaped button that says "Download This" located in the light blue vertical stripe. Select the "Download This" button by clicking on it once with your mouse cursor.

The Download Window will now pop up. Select the format (s) of the media you want, the media quality (if applicable,) and then click the "download" button in this window.

Sometimes "Download" is not available. This is because the owner of the materials has reques- ted it be available for listening/reading/viewing only, not for download.

2. Downloading multiple items at once:

When multiple items can be downloaded at once, you will see a large button in the shape of an arrow that says "Download All" located in the light blue vertical stripe.

When you roll your mouse cursor over the "Download All" button, you will see all items available for a batch download turn white. Select this "Download All" button by clicking on it once with your mouse cursor.

The Download Window will now pop up. Select the format (s) of the media you want, and then click the "download" button in the window.

Sometimes "Download" is not available. This is because the owner of the materials has reques- ted it be available for listening/reading/viewing only, not for download.

3. How do I print?

Printing is currently only supported in the "HELP" section. There is a "PRINT" button at the top of the list on the left. Click this button once. Your browser's print window will launch, allowing you to make adjust- ments to the output of the print.

To print a text document contained in the EPK, please download a version to your local drive, open it and print it from your local application

Sometimes "Print" is not available. This is purposeful, because not all materials are suitable for printing.
